Original Musical
Each year, the Music Department presents an original musical theater production directed by Dr. Penny Prince. With dialogue written by the cast and songs by Dr. Prince, past performances have included fairy tales Cinderella, Rumpelstiltskin, and Sleeping Beauty, and the historical drama, When I Get To Where I'm Going, the story of the Montgomery bus boycotts of the fifties.

The videoclip features the Needles and Pins scene from Sleeping Beauty '10. The royal court has just learned of the fatal threat by Witch Katrina, and they must find and destroy every sharp object to protect Princess Aurora. The cast is comprised of Lehman College students and alumni. Dr. Prince, the composer, is at the piano, and Taichi Akutsu '10 is the royal violinist.
