Student Housing Open House July 17, 19

Lehman College’s Division of Student Affairs will host an Open House for its new residential housing unit for Lehman students on Thursday, July 17, from 3- 6 p.m. and Saturday, July 19, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Located at 247 Bedford Park Boulevard, the fully renovated three-story brownstone features the following amenities:

• Full Kitchen on each floor
• Laundry Room
• Community Lounge
• Large Screen Television
• Security Video Surveillance
• Wireless Access
• Backyard
• Short walking distance to the campus
• Accessible to the #4 and “D” trains
• Near Bronx Zoo and New York Botanical Garden

To be eligible for Lehman College student housing, applicants must be full-time students: undergraduates must be registered for 12 credits, and graduate students must be registered for a six-credit workload.

Applications will be made available at the Open House and thereafter.
