Ciberletras is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the study of literature, cinema, and cultures of Spain and Latin America. It was founded in 1999 by Professors Cristina Guiñazú and Susana Haydu. The journal is currently edited by Professors Marco Ramírez Rojas and Carmen Saen de Casas.
Ciberletras is published semi-annually. Articles are published in English and Spanish. The journal follows a double-blind peer-review process.
Proposals are first examined by our editorial board. The articles that receive a recommendation are sent for review to two specialists.
The time for acceptance/rejection of a proposal does not exceed 6 months.
The articles published in Ciberletras must follow the latest MLA guidelines.
