![]() Lehman E-mail AccessBronx Institute employees are provided with Lehman e-mail accounts which must be used as the primary contact account for Bronx Institute business. For information on how to use your Lehman E-mail account or if you need instructions on how to setup your Desktop E-mail Client (SMTP Port, Server Information) visit Lehman's E-mail Support Page. If you are having problems logging into your Lehman Email account, your account has being blocked or if have forgotten your password, please contact the Information Technology Center Help Desk located in Carman Hall Room 108, 718-960-1111. Bronx Institute employees are required to manage time and leave as described in the employee's handbook of the Research Foundation of CUNY. The latest news from Research Foundation of CUNY, a calendar of Research Foundation holidays, and other information is also available. (Employee ID required) Remote Access to Bronx Institute resources via Lehman's CISCO VPN:
A Virtual Private Network (VPN) can be described as a computer network that uses a public telecommunication infrastructure such as the Internet to allow users to remotely connect to their company’s network. The Bronx Institute staff(off-Campus) will need to connect to Lehman's Network via a VPN Client before accessing and using the resources of The Bronx Institute server. VPN is required to access Network Drives(Data Collection); The Bronx Institute Forms Database Installer/Updater; and/or any other documentation hosted at The Bronx Institute server. Forms and DocumentsBefore accessing the link below, be sure to have your VPN Client connected so you can access data from the Bronx Institute Server. If you do not have the VPN client installed on your computer or it is not working properly and you need to reinstall it, you can download it from here. (If you are on the Lehman Campus, you do not need to activate the VPN system.)
