Webmail Quick Reference

Welcome to Webmail

Mirapoint Webmail is Lehman College’s new official web-based e-mail system and will replace the Oracle e-mail system. Webmail can be accessed at anytime from any computer with access to the web. Additionally, Webmail is equipped with, anti-virus and anti-spam utilities, a spell checker, and an address book.

Accessing Webmail

1. Launch and point your browser to http://mail.lehman.edu

2. At the Log-In screen enter the following information:
   
   
   • User Name - firstname.lastname
     
     
   • Password - Enter your default password
     
     
3. Click the Login button.

Changing Your Password

1. Click the Options link located on the left side of the screen.
   
   
2. From the resulting page, click the Change Password link at the top of the screen.
   
   
3. Enter your current password. Enter and confirm your new password and click Change Password.
   

Note: Passwords are case-sensitive and should be a minimum of eight characters.
