Concert on March 29 Salutes Women in Music

The Lehman College Music Education Community and Culture (MECC) program and Lehman Stages will present "The Classics & The Classical: A Salute to Women in Music," on Thursday, March 29, at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the Studio Theatre on the lower level of the Speech and Theatre Building.

This free event will feature Lehman students and local artists Chaunice Chapman, Cynthia Jimenez, Glandalys Sosa, and the Celia Cruz Bronx High School of Music Women's Choir. The performance will also include a special presentation by the College's Director of Women's Studies, Dr. Bertrade Banoum.
