The public is invited to take a guided tour on October 11 of the current exhibits in the Lehman College Art Gallery and talk with two acclaimed artists whose work is featured in the shows. The free event is sponsored by The City and the Humanities program at Lehman and begins at 12:30 p.m. in the Gallery.

Beth Gilfilen will discuss her work in the Bits and Pieces group exhibit, which showcases the work of 33 artists whose work explores collage techniques. Gallery Director Susan Hoeltzel will lead a tour of the show.

Bronx resident Béatrice Coron will also lead a tour of her solo show, Béatrice Coron: The Secret Life of Cities, a selection of the large-scale paper-cutouts of urban environments she has created over the past decade. Sember Weinman, the Gallery's education coordinator, will lead a discussion.

A senior college of the City University of New York, Lehman is located on Goulden Avenue and Bedford Park Boulevard West in the northwest Bronx and is accessible by bus as well as the #4 and "D" subway lines. Free attended parking is available.
