Preview of Messiah Concert Set for Dec. 6

Michael Spierman, conductor of the Orchestra of the Bronx, will present a preview of Handel's Messiah at Lehman College on Thursday, December 6, at 12:30 p.m. in the Studio Theatre. This free event is sponsored by the City and the Humanities Program. For more information, call 718-960-8715.

The Orchestra will deliver a full performance of the popular work on December 16 at 3 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center. Admission is $25, $15, and $10. (Tickets for children 12 and under are $10.) Immediately following the performance, ticket holders will enjoy "A Taste of the Bronx," courtesy of the Bronx Tourism Council, and sample the cuisine of some of the Bronx's top restaurants.
