Alumna Climbs Corporate Ladder to Success

Eileen Slevin
In her new position, she will oversee a staff of more than 1,300 technology professionals in six U.S. locations. She also will be responsible for setting the strategic technology direction for the firm, which provides a range of technology services to its customers, employees, and agents. In addition, she will have direct management responsibility for two other strategic areas of the company, business resilience and corporate internet.
Ms. Slevin has served two terms on the firm's Management Advisory Council and is currently a steering committee member of New York Life's Political Action Committee.
Founded in 1845, New York Life is a Fortune 100 company. It is the largest mutual life insurance company in the United States and one of the largest life insurers in the world.
