Canadian Historian to Discuss Montreal's 'Expo '67'
Professor Deleuze is a specialist in Canadian history, particularly Canadian and Québécois foreign policy since 1945. Her illustrated lecture (in English) on "Montreal's Expo '67: The Discovery of Quebec's Pride and Modernity" will focus on the fair's transformative aspects.
Author of various articles and books, including L'une et l'autre indépendance; Les médias au Québec et la guerre d'Algérie (2001), Professor Deleuze is a member of the Interuniversity Group for Contemporary International Relations History and is editor of the Histoire-Point Critique series, published by éditions Point de fuite (Montréal). She is a professor of history at the Royal Military College of Canada.
