CUNY Launches Campaign for Charitable Giving

During last year's campaign, "Building Lives, Rebuilding Communities," Lehman surpassed its goal of $37,000, with thirty percent of the profits going to the following College-based agencies: Herbert H. Lehman Foundation, the Performing Arts Center, the Speech and Hearing Center, the Student Child Care Center, and Friends of the Library. This year, the College's goal is $38,000.
A brochure containing information on participating agencies is making its way to all departmental and divisional offices. Contributions can be made to any of more than 1,000 agencies through payroll deduction or on a one-time basis.
To learn more, contact Maritza Rivera at maritza.rivera@lehman.cuny.edu or call 718-960-8111. More information can also be found at www.cuny.edu/campaign.
The campaign ends December 31.
