Season of Giving

The Office of Community Service and Service Learning has organized several donation drives to help those less fortunate this holiday season. If you’re looking for ways to give back, consider the following:

New York Cares Coat Drive
Donate coats for women, men, and children.

New York Cares Winter Wishes
1,469 of the children and families who wrote letters this year still need volunteers to purchase gifts. Please take a letter and share your goodwill with a New Yorker in need.

POTS Bronx
Donate scarves, gloves, hats, candy canes, and wrapping paper to our local homeless shelter.

Darfur Relief
Donate a gift of $30 this holiday season by purchasing a solar cooker for a woman in Darfur. This purchase can protect women from the danger of leaving their community to search for cooking materials.
