The College offers a number of interdisciplinary elective courses that present the values common to all the humanities.
Students may satisfy the College Requirement of a Minor Field with the following 12-credit option: Six credits from HUM 250 and/or 255 (multiple-section, variable-topic courses); plus both HUM 355 and 450 (3 credits each).
HUM 211: The Humanities: An Introduction. 3 hours, 3 credits. The study of a small number of important works of literature, philosophy, and the arts that have contributed to the development of civilization.
