Raymond Flook, Coordinator, Student Leadership Program
Raymond Flook is coordinator of Lehman's Student Leadership Program. Before joining the Lehman staff, he was working toward his master's in higher education/student personnel administration while directing the Center for Student Leadership and Activities at Adelphi University. At Lehman, he works with other departments to develop student leadership training programs, covering such areas as leadership theories, ethics and integrity, empowering and motivating others, understanding and appreciating diversity, and dealing with stress and conflict. He also leads leadership retreats. Flook He holds an undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
The Student Leadership Program provides students with the opportunity to be mentored by members of the Lehman community, including established student leaders. In addition, a service-learning component allows students to apply learned skills in a "real world" setting that will benefit the community.
