Lehman College, as part of the City University of New York, offers the most affordable tuition in New York State. Students must be New York State residents to qualify for resident tuition rates.

New York State Resident Tuition Rate
Students may qualify for the New York State resident tuition rate by proving that they have resided within the State for the 12-month period preceding the first day of classes. They must also establish that they are either U.S. citizens or permanent residents, or that they possess an eligible non-immigrant alien status.
Residency forms and a list of documents that may be used to prove residency can be obtained in the Office of Admissions, Shuster Hall, Room 161.
