Students may view their unofficial transcript by logging on to eSIMS. Official transcripts may be obtained in person, by mail, or online, for a $7.00 charge per copy. For further instructions on how to obtain a transcript, please reference the information below.

Requesting Transcripts Online

We are pleased to announce that you may now request transcripts online!

Lehman College has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders over the Internet. Both official and student copies may be ordered online for your convenience.

If you do not have access to the Internet, call Credentials Inc. at 800 646-1858. Students ordering over the internet should allow 2 to 3 business days to process the transcript request.

The regular transcript fee charged by Lehman College is $7.00 per transcript, excluding transcript requests going to another CUNY institution. There is an additional fee of $2.00 for use of this service.

To utilize this service, students will need to have their social security number, telephone number, a valid major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover) and the name and address of the party
they are sending the transcript to.

Instructions on viewing a transcript on eSIMS

Students may view their transcript by logging on to the eSIMS Website.

To log on, students must type in their Social Security Number in the ID input box and current Personal Identification Number (PIN) into the PIN input box.

Your PIN is assigned as the first six (6) digits of your Social Security Number. If you have already used eSIMS or the telephone registration system, use the current PIN you created.

After signing on to eSIMS, you may view your unofficial transcript by clicking on the 'Transcript' link located on the right side of the eSIMS screen. Your unofficial transcript may be printed to any local printer attached to a PC.

Other Methods for Ordering Transcripts

You may also request a copy of your transcript IN PERSON or BY MAIL. Requests are processed within 3 to 10 working days.

A transcript will NOT be released if the student has any "STOP" (e.g., Bursar, Library, Financial Aid, etc.). Stops MUST be cleared before a transcript is released. Continuing students and recent graduates may view STOP information on eSIMS.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. S.1232g) protects the confidentiality of student education records. Student records CANNOT be released without the student's written authorization.

IN PERSON

Visit the transcript office in Shuster Hall, Room 108, during regular business hours with valid picture identification such as a CUNY ID, current driver's license, work ID or unexpired passport. Payment may be made by check, money order or cash at the Bursar's Office, Shuster Hall, room 031. For Bursar office hours, click HERE or call (718) 960-8573.

All Student copies and official copies are $7.00 per transcript. However, official transcripts sent to a Lehman College academic department or any College within the CUNY system is free.

To request your transcript(s) by mail follow these simple steps:
