Player of The Week - Dustin Yeates, Kingsborough Fr., G, 5'10", Brooklyn, NY

The Wave continued their hot streak with an impressive 3-0 week that featured victories over BMCC and Queensborough as well as FIT. The rookie guard carried the burden squarely on his 5'10 shoulders. Yeates (South Shore HS / Brooklyn, NY) averaged 23.3 points and 12.0 assists during that span while saving his best for last. In a battle for the regular season CUNY title the rookie notched 30 points and 10 assists in a 91- 85 triumph.

Rookie of The Week - Yabsa N'diaye, Hostos Fr., F, 6'6", Senegal

The rookie out of Senegal helped the Caimans secure a 2-2 week with some strong defensive efforts. N'Diaye averaged 7.2 points and 9.0 rebounds as the first year squad improved to 9- 14 on the season. In the victory over Berkeley Carroll the youngster posted a double-double with 10 points and 10 boards while securing the win over Orange with a decisive rebound as Hostos hung onto a one-point lead.
