The Staten Island, New York native is CUNYAC's top-player for the second consecutive week after averaging 23.0 points and 21.5 rebounds in a pair of victories last week. The Staten Island, New York native, who leads the league in rebounding (15.7 rpg.) scored 18 points, grabbed 25 rebounds, and came up with four steals in the conference victory against Baruch last Wednesday. She rounded out the week by scoring a season-high 28 points (11-for-20 field goal attempts) and also ripped 18 rebounds in the win against Farmingdale last Friday.

The talented freshman has led the Lightning to three consecutive victories in her first three games. The Grand Street Campus product averaged 18.0 points and 9.7 rebounds per game in two victories last week. The Bronx, New York native exploded for 32 points (12-for-18 field goals) 17 rebounds, and five blocks in the conference victory against Brooklyn last Wednesday. The 6'1” center added 10 points and five steals in the victory against Rutgers-Newark last Monday.

2003-04 CUNY-NJAC CHALLENGE

This season the CUNY Athletic Conference and the New Jersey Athletic Conference have teamed up for an in-season challenge, pitting the ten CUNYAC teams versus the ten NJAC teams for both men and women. The matchups were selected by order of finish from last season. The will continue all season long and continue to monitor the results.
