The 6’3 senior middle blocker who hails
from Barbados enters his final season at
CCNY in style. Niles, a two-time conference
Most Valuable Player and three time
All-Star had a strong individual week for
the 2-0 Beavers. In conference wins over
City Tech and Lehman he posted 45 kills,
16 digs, 16 solo blocks and five service
aces. His 20 kills versus Lehman paced
CCNY over the team that knocked them
out of the CUNY and NECVA title games
last year.
Rookie of The Week - DASHAWN HADDOCK, CCNY

The 6’1 freshman outside hitter out of
Central Park East High School helped the
Beavers to two conference wins last week.
Haddock collected 20 kills for the week
along with five digs, five solo blocks and
four service aces. He is expected to fill the
void left by last season’s Rookie of the
Year Sebastian Hoffman.
