Vettenranta, a two-time CUNYAC all-star
was the National Division III leader in hitting
percentage last season at .497. This
year after six matches, she is off to a solid
start with a .392 clip. The resident of Manhattan
is averaging 3.9 kills and 3.5 digs
a game, as the Beavers are off to a 4-2
start that includes straight-set victories
over City Tech and Medgar Evers in
CUNYAC play. |

game), 14 aces and 12 blocks. |
