Player of The Week - ROSE TEJADA, BARUCH
So. / C / Murry Bergtraum/ New York, NY

The sophomore hit .438 (7-for-16), scored seven runs, and drove
in five for the Bearcats last week. The Manhattan native went 4-
for-5 in the doubleheader split with Old Westbury and scored four
runs. In the opener, the Bergtraum graduate went 2-for-3 with an
RBI and was 2-for-2 (double, triple) in the nightcap. She followed
that up with a two-run double against Brooklyn and finished the
week by going 2-for-7 with an RBI in the sweep of Lehman.
Pitcher of The Week - KATHY MAHER, BARUCH
So. / P / James Madison HS / Brooklyn, NY
The James Madison product was dominant in two victories against
Brooklyn and Lehman last week finishing 2-0 with a 0.58 ERA. The
sophomore fired a no-hitter against Brooklyn while fanning eight
batters. She was in complete command the whole way, as she
failed to allow a free pass in the 5.0 inning game. The Brooklyn,
NY native followed that up with a 13-strikeout outing against Lehman
and only allowed one run on seven hits and a walk over 7.0 innings
of work.

another terrific week. The freshman went 8-for-20 (.400) at

USMMA-Kings Point, the Staten Island, NY native went 5-for-7
with three RBI and a stolen base. She completed the week by
