In Roberto Clemente State Park two large feet stand just at the edge of the Harlem River. Surrounded by frolicking Lilliputian figures engaged in a variety of activities, the feet seem to belong to some fallen giant. This cast bronze sculpture with its playful narrative is the work of Tom Otterness whose whimsical inventions offer a look at a society that is often very human.
