Steve Mayo's ceramic reliefs at the Early Childhood Center # 3 is a colorful frieze depicting biomorphic shapes which change from abstract shapes into animal forms. Walking down the corridor, the students gradually experience the transition from shape to shape. The child can follow the ceramic "filmstrip" in an almost animated story, where fish turn to crocodiles and turtles turn into other reptiles. More about the Percent for Art Program
