CUNY Runner of the Week Bronx, NY- Lehman College sophomore Amy Ruston was selected as the CUNY conference Rookie of the Week for the second consecutive week. The talented junior has won her first two races of the season after capturing the NYU Invitational on Sunday with a time of 18:19, thirty seconds ahead of the runner-up. Last week, the Nashua, New Hampshire native repeated as individual champion at the Vassar Invitational with a 17:41 time, nearly two minutes faster than the second place finisher. The Nashua Senior graduate competed at the NCAA Championships last season. |
