Lightning Drop Pair At CUNY Multi Match

Queens, NY- The Lehman College men's volleyball had a strong showing, but the results were not the best, as Lehman was defeated by Baruch College 30-15, 30-21, 30-14, and then lost to Brooklyn College 30-28, 30-21, 30-25 in the CUNY multi-match at York College.

In the Hunter match, senior Wilmy Dipre led the Lightning with 28 total attacks, while Gustavo Orduz chipped in with seven kills in the loss. In the Brooklyn loss, Dipre recorded a team high 42 total attacks to go along with his 16 kills. Joel Sanchez added twelve kills for Lehman.

Up next is a home conference showdown with York College on February 13, 2007. Game time is set for 7:00 pm.
