Mission
The Arts and Humanities Technology Services mission is to meet the School's computing needs with professional, prompt, and courteous service. The technology staff consists of a lead Technology Specialist and a College Office Assistant who:
- Act as liaisons between the School and Information Technology Services
- Act as liaisons between the School and the Office of Property Management
- Assist faculty in creating Student Technology Fee proposals, submissions, and materials procurement
- Provide the School's Dean's office staff, Department offices staff, and faculty members annual computer needs assessments
- Provide hardware and software installations, as well as printer, peripheral device and network installations
- Provide maintenance, technical support, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops and devices
- Provide faculty, staff and student support and training on Information Technology initiatives
- Staff the Language Lab

Technology for Faculty/Staff
The following basic access, equipment and software is provided to Lehman College faculty and staff:
- A CUNYfirst account
- A Lehman College e-mail account
- A Lehman Connect account
- A single reliable computer with standard software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Access to copying, faxing, printing and scanning services
- Access to on-campus Internet services
- Access to training on all Lehman College software programs (Digital Measures, TaskStream, etc), and all required electronic forms (eCSP, eMPF, ePAF, ePRF, etc.)
