Xavier Totti is the editor of the academic journal CENTRO: Journal of the Center for Puerto Rican Studies and the editor in chief of the eMagazineCentro Voices . CENTRO Journal is an award winning journal, the premier journal on Puerto Rican studies and a leading journal in Latino Studies. Formerly he was the director of Lehman’s Bilingual Program.
