Alumni Success
- Angela Reynoso ('21) directed the film "Love Stings", which was selected for the Conch Shell International Film Festival.
- Angela Reynoso ('21) also received a City Artist Corps Grant from the New York Foundation from the Arts (NYFA) in conjunction with the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and the Mayor's Offoce of Media and Entertainment, as well as Queens Theatre, to produce The Love Hate Club, written by Juan Ramirez, Jr., ('08). The show premiered on Friday, October 1, on Theatre Row in New York City as part of the Broadway Bound Theatre Festival. Directed by current Lehman student Simran Pal Kaur, it starred Lucille Vasquez, Angela Reynoso, Christopher Guity, Nadja Gonzalez, and Natasha Collado.
- Lindsay Huth (Notre Dame, '16; University of Maryland, Philip Merrill College of Journalism, '19), a graphics reporter for The Wall Street Journal, took a number of philosophy courses at Lehman College and was advised on applications to graduate programs; she was accepted to the M.A. program in philosophy at Tufts University
