Early Childhood Intervention Specialty Track

Our Academic Partnership with the NYC Bureau of Early Intervention offers a unique opportunity for students to specialize in working with young children, preparing them for an early intervention position.

This track requires no additional coursework, rather students select one Early Childhood Clinical Practicum, one Early Childhood Diagnostic Practicum, and one Early Childhood Externship placement. Please see our brochure and introductory PDF below:

In session, students learn the foundational concepts and best practices of Early Childhood Intervention including embedded coaching, family-centered practice, and routine-based intervention and experience numerous activities in natural environments.
