Immunization Information
In accordance to New York State Public Health Law, CUNY requires all students registering for six or more credits to provide proof of immunity to measles, mumps and rubella. Those born prior to January 1, 1957 are exempt from this law. Regardless of age, all students must complete the meningitis section of the Medical Requirements form-Part 1. These laws apply to students taking six credits or more regardless of whether the student is in a degree-seeking program or not.
Students may submit immunization records remotely through the Student Health Portal. Students may also obtain a copy of their immunization records through this portal.
Students may access the Student Health Portal online via Lehman 360. To log on, use the following navigation:
1) Log onto Lehman 360 here
2) Click on Lehman One Access and select My Apps
3) Click on Student Health Portal under Lehman Apps
If a student does not have access to a Lehman360 account, click here to submit proof of MMR and MEN immunization. Students will need to create an account to complete and submit the form.
