Mission Statement

The Bronx Business Tech Incubator is supported by the New York City Council and New York City Economic Development Corporation as a startup incubator for tech freelancers, local small business, and entrepreneurs.

Our mission is to help startup companies and entrepreneurs to build successful companies, which in turn creates more job opportunities and drives new innovation and technology development in the Bronx. With the technological infrastructure and the resources of CUNY community, the Bronx Business Incubator provides an environment for companies to turn innovative ideas into profitable realities.

CUNY on the Concourse

CUNY on the Concourse (COTC) is a state-of-the-art educational facility, comprising labs, classrooms, a test center, business incubators, and offices. It is an integral part of Lehman’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies, which provides education, training, and business services to the community through collaborative efforts and in partnership with employers, community-based organizations, public and private agencies.

COTC is a 26,000 square feet facility and is located a mile away from the main campus....

• Small Business Development Center has a satellite office at the heart of the business Incubator

COTC provides space and support for industry partners and for personal and professional development, industry certification and licensing programs. Startup businesses and entrepreneurs are currently using the incubator facilities, and we have room for more.

The mission of COTC is to provide space, services, and support to strengthen Lehman's partnerships with businesses, government, labor unions, non-profit organizations, and service organizations.

  • 15-seat Conference Room (must be reserved) with modern video conferencing system and wireless collaboration capabilities.
  • Access to business telephone lines (for those on dedicated desk and private offices).
