Alcohol, Drugs, and Tobacco

Substance abuse is a concern on most college campuses in the United States. Although it feels good to let loose and have a good time, there may be a point when your relationship with alcohol or other drugs starts to affect your grades, relationships, and emotional and physical health. Tobacco use is also prevalent among college students. We all know that smoking is hazardous for our health and the health of those around us, but that doesn't make quitting any easier.
