Bronx Business for Everybody

Bronx Business for Everybody contains digitized photographs, articles, and minutes from the Bronx Chamber of Commerce Collection (Digital METRO New York project, 2006)

Bronx Architecture Bronx Architecture is an online guide to the architecture of the borough developed by Lehman College Art Gallery/CUNY. Designed as a companion to "Public Art in the Bronx," the website features over 75 buildings, background on architects, neighborhood walking tours, maps, lesson plans for high school teachers, neighborhood histories, a resource section, and glossary.
Childhood in the Bronx Childhood in the Bronx contains digitized contemporary photographs by Georgeen Comerford and vintage images, with oral history sound excerpts, from the Collections of the Bronx Institute Archives of the Leonard Lief Library (Digital METRO New York project, 2009).
Childhood in the Bronx Digital Preservation of Publishing in Irish-America (DPPIA). This digital archive, created by the CUNY Institute for Irish-American Studies, contains over 70 digitized, full text books published in the U.S. between 1820 and 1922. This archive of Irish-American publications also includes a separate digital image bank (maps, landscapes, portraits, documents, architecture and line art) that links to the full text book.
Childhood in the Bronx Public Art in the Bronx. This site provides an overview of works in public places from the earliest created in the 19th century, those produced under the WPA, as well as the more recent projects being produced under such agencies as Percent for Art, Arts for Transit, the Health and Hospital Corporation, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the New York State Dormitory Authority, and the Public Art Fund.
