To help school professionals fulfill Department of Education requirements for staff development and licensure, the School of Continuing and Professional Studies offers a variety of workshops. You only need complete each of these workshops once; they do not expire

Lehman College will report your completion electronically within 21 business days of workshop date.

Online DASA Training

Online Harassment, Bullying, Cyberbullying and Discrimination in Schools: Prevention and Intervention

This 6-hour course, now offered fully online, satisfies the New York State requirement for course work or training in harassment, bullying, cyberbullying and discrimination prevention and intervention under the Dignity for All Students Act. Students must self-register to create a TEACH account at http://www.highered.nysed.gov/tcert/teach/ and will be reported electronically within 15-21 business days from workshop date. We are not issuing printed letters/certificates of completion at this time.

Online Child Abuse Identification and Reporting

In-person: CAP01 /1 session / 2 hours

Program Certificate
