Transfer Student Checklist

Welcome to Lehman College!

We are so happy you are joining the Lehman College community and want your experiences to be positive. Use the check list below to assist you in keeping organized and on task as you go through the enrollment process. *

CHECKLIST:

 1. APPLY TO LEHMAN COLLEGE

 2. APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID if you have not already

 3. RECEIVE ACCEPTANCE LETTER

 4. SUBMIT COMMITMENT DEPOSIT

 5. CLAIM CUNYfirst ACCOUNT

 6. DOWNLOAD TRANSFER CREDIT EVALUATION (TCE) along with Transfer Student Checklist

 7. SCHEDULE A GENERAL EDUCATION ADVISING APPOINTMENT (only if you received your TCE, you cannot be advised without a TCE)

 8. MEET WITH A FACULTY ADVISOR from your chosen major

 9. DECLARE MAJOR, click here to print Declaration of Academic Plan and Sub-Plan form

10. SUBMIT IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION to the Student Health Center, Old Gym Building, Room B008)

11. INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS APPLY FOR STUDENT VISA

12. REGISTER for classes online via CUNYfirst

13. SUBMIT PAYMENT (please refer to the Academic Calendar for deadlines)
