Biography

Samira Bahrami is Director of CUNY on the Concourse (COTC) at Lehman College’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. With a professional background in architecture, project management, and operations, she brings extensive experience in facility management, program implementation, and organizational development. At Lehman, she oversees COTC operations and supports workforce development, continuing education, and the Bronx Business Tech Incubator, helping expand educational, entrepreneurial, and career opportunities for Bronx communities. She works closely with internal and external partners to develop programs, strengthen operational capacity, and create innovative pathways that connect education, workforce training, and economic opportunity.
