Mission Statement

The Office of the Registrar is the keeper of your academic records. The Office updates and maintains the accuracy of your courses and grades, semester and cumulative indices, withdrawals and personal information.

The Office of the Registrar is committed to serving the College community by designing and implementing applications which facilitate student’s registration, class offerings, and room assignments. We are committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our students’ records, and are guided by the principles of fairness, good stewardship, and a commitment to excellence.

New York State Aid

New York State Aid is available to help students pay for college tuition. These state programs provide grants to assist eligible undergraduate students meet tuition needs. Apply now!



Students who attended Lehman College prior to 2012, can select CUNY Lehman College to request an official transcript via Parchment. Students who attended from 2012 to present, may request their official transcript online via their CUNYfirst account.


Students may apply for Summer graduation from April 1 to April 25. When applying for graduation, kindly review your personal information to ensure it is up to date.
