On the first day of Kwanzaa (Dec. 26), Kevin McIntosh-McEwen, a faculty member in Music, Multimedia, Theatre, and Dance, brought umoja (unity) to the airwaves. He and his company, the Kofago Dance Ensemble, performed on Good Day New York, Fox 5 New York's morning show, to usher in the seven-day celebration of African American culture and values.
