AI for Project Management
Learn to use AI to plan projects, build schedules, track progress, manage risks and keep stakeholders informed. This 10-week online certificate pairs proven project management practice with practical AI tools. It’s built for anyone who manages projects, large or small, at work.
Every project, from a two-week event to a year-long initiative, depends on clear plans, realistic timelines and steady communication. AI can now handle much of the heavy lifting: drafting plans, breaking work into tasks, spotting risks early and turning status updates into clear reports. This certificate shows you how to put it to work.
Built on SCPS’s established project management curriculum, the course teaches the fundamentals of planning and delivering projects, then shows how AI tools can strengthen each stage, from kickoff to close. You’ll practice on realistic projects, both short-term and long-term, and finish with a workflow you can bring straight to your job.
