Please join us for the second session of the 2nd Annual Symposium on Healthy Aging: Nutrition and the Life Course, a webinar hosted by the Lehman College Department of Health Promotion and Nutrition Sciences (HSPN) in collaboration with the CUNY Institute for Health Equity (CIHE). The event will be held virtually on March 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

This installment of Nutrition and the Life Course will explore the mind–gut connection. The session will highlight recent research conducted by Lehman College faculty, examined through a community practice lens with a focus on holistic well-being in later life.
