Objective:
This article guides users through the process of successfully resetting their forgotten Lehman Login Account Password using the Secondary Email Address (Recovery Email).
Prerequisite: prior Lehman Login Account activation required. Refer to these instructions to learn how to activate your account.
From your preferred browser, go to the self-service Lehman Login Account Manager (URL: https://managelogin.lehman.edu).
Click on the Forgot Password section, type your Lehman Login Account Username, enter the 6-digit captcha verification code shown, and click on Continue.
Select Secondary Email Address, and click on Continue.
Click on the drop-down menu and select the secondary email of choice to receive a temporary password reset link. Then, click on Continue.
Notes:
An email describing how to reset your Lehman Login Account Password is sent to the secondary email selected. Check the inbox of your selected secondary email, open the message received and click on the link provided to reset your password.
