Institutional Review Board ( IRB)

The Institutional Review Board (IRB) promotes ethical research practices, provides guidance and education to researchers, and reviews all projects involving human subjects. 

All Human Subject Research (HSR) must be approved by the IRB before the data collection can start. If you are conducting HSR at Lehman College, please review the IRB section to find policies, required trainings, submission guidelines and the CUNY IRB Process.
