Retired Director, Health, Physical Education, Health Services and Athletics for the Byram Hills School District.

Interim Director, Principal, Assistant Principal in 3 Westchester and Rockland County School Districts.

Mentored new school administrators in 5 Westchester and Rockland School Districts

Member - National Teaching Faculty of the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association, serve as the national chairperson for the Leadership Training Institute courses on Emergency Manangement of Interscholastic Athletic Events, authored and chairs the course on “Mental Health and Wellness for the Student Athlete.”

Adjunct lecturer at Lehman College in the Department of Health Sciences at the graduate and undergraduate level since 2004. Teaches courses on program planning, implementation and evaluation of health promotion programs, mental health, parenting and child health, three dimensions of safety, teaching strategies in community health and promotion, human behavior and health, seminar in community health.

Full time lecturer and part-time program director in the Department of Health Promotion and Nutrition Science.

Consultant to school districts and BOCES on curriculum development for health education, Erin’s Law, mental health programs, mentoring and leadership development, professional development.
