AI for Everyday Work

ai_training_session3

Learn to use AI tools to organize, schedule, and analyze faster and automate tasks. This hands-on course is built for anyone who wants to work efficiently. It covers practical, responsible ways to save hours each week on everyday tasks, with no technical background required.

Emails, meeting notes, calendars, reports, spreadsheets: you keep organizations running, and much of that work can now be done faster and better with AI. This hands-on course shows you how.

You’ll learn to use widely available AI tools to draft and polish communications, summarize long documents and meetings, organize and analyze data, plan schedules and events, and handle routine tasks in a fraction of the time. Just as important, you’ll learn to use AI responsibly: checking its work, protecting sensitive information, and knowing when a human touch matters most.

What you’ll learn

  • Write clear, professional memos and announcements in minutes
  • Summarize documents, meetings and long email threads
  • Organize data and create simple reports
  • Streamline scheduling, event planning and everyday workflows
  • Write effective prompts that get useful results
  • Use AI safely, ethically and with sound judgment
  • Build agents to help you automate tasks and workflows

In this course, the main focus will be on Microsoft Copilot, but other AI tools such as Claude will be covered as well.
