Professor Choudhary has taught Introduction to Management, Strategic Management, Seminar in Strategic Management, Introduction to Microeconomics, and Principles of Finance courses at Lehman College.

Prior to being an educator he was an engineer and lawyer. Professor Choudhary's research interests are strategic management, leadership, innovation and finance. His guiding philosophy in terms of teaching is to ensure that students are engaged and master the concepts taught in his courses. He engages students by discussing current events as they relate to the course topics and brings out students' viewpoints during class lectures. He also advises student clubs and participates in various Lehman College committees.

Finally, few years ago he started a bi-annual program to visit the New York Stock Exchange for students taking courses in the department.
