We will be interviewing a live patient with an interdisciplinary team including social work, nursing, nutrition, exercise science, and mental health counseling. Students are working collaboratively in teams across the HS2N disciplines, creating a patient discharge. Please see the attached flyer for the registration link or by accessing link below.
