Andrea Honig has taught variety of accounting (including financial accounting, cost accounting) and economic courses. She recently completed and passed all four CPA exams with plan to obtain her licensure soon. Prior to joining Lehman College as a fulltime faculty, she worked in a tax office and conducted research in accounting. Her areas of research interest include behavioral studies in taxation and managerial accounting as well as research into measurement models for corporate social responsibility reporting data. Along with this current research, she is writing a textbook that is aiming to make introduction to accounting more accessible.
