Welcome to the School of Arts and Humanities. The School of Arts and Humanities offers over thirty majors and forty minors. You can choose from majors in which you create original works, like Art, or Film and TV Studies, or Computer Graphics and Imaging (CGI); majors in which you perform on stage or in front of the camera, like Music, or Theatre, or Dance, or Multimedia Performing Arts; majors in which you develop your skills at writing and conducting your own research, like English, or History, or Journalism, or Philosophy, or Africana Studies; and majors in which you deepen your knowledge of languages and cultures, like Spanish, or French, or Italian, or Linguistics, or Latino Studies.

Choosing a career is an exciting journey, and it is completely normal for the process to feel a little overwhelming at first. Making an informed decision begins with understanding your interests, strengths, skills, values, goals, and personality.

It organizes information about your interests, skills, abilities, and values into a personalized summary and connects those results to real-world careers. After completing the assessment, you will receive a list of career options that align with your profile.

Once you have completed the assessment, schedule an appointment with your Career Specialist through Navigate to review your results, discuss possible career paths, and develop a plan for your next steps.
