LEAP (Learn, Empower, Ascend, Progress) is a co-curricular program of activities designed to equip School of Business majors with NACE competencies, focusing on developing leadership, professionalism, and career readiness. LEAP monitors and tracks students’ competency progression, from introduction to mastery, and allows them to share their achievements and badges gained through sites like LinkedIn. Successful LEAP students are building a powerful narrative of their time at the School of Business as they prepare to pursue their professional goals.
