• Political Science Minor Advisement Form 

Students may graduate with honors in political science if they (i) have a major GPA of 3.5 or higher and (ii) complete POL 481, the department honors tutorial.

POL 481 offers outstanding seniors an opportunity to carry out individual research projects under faculty direction. The course can be taken in a single semester or back-to-back, in Fall and Spring, to facilitate longer projects. It requires a political science GPA of 3.5 and instructor permission.
